We ask you to take the time to read these terms carefully, as they govern both your use of the Site and purchases made through the Site. Unless otherwise stated herein, these terms and conditions govern the relationship between BlueEye and its Users, and the User is deemed to have read and accepted these terms.     Content accuracy

BlueEye will use reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site up to date. However, it is impossible to guarantee that the Site will be free from any errors. The information and other material published on this site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. The weights, dimensions and volumes of the products are for guidance only. We have made reasonable efforts to ensure that the product information is accurate and to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately reflect the color of the product delivered. The information on the site is subject to change from time to time without notice. BlueEye reserves the right to change the Site at any time, in its sole discretion. Hand Baggage Restrictions: While we strive to ensure that products listed as hand baggage comply with current flight restrictions, we do not accept responsibility if the airline applies other check-in standards or if the airline or airports change their restrictions.


The price of the products you order is the price displayed on the Site at the time you confirm your order and will be confirmed in the email confirmation that confirms receipt of your order. All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT and handling costs.

If there is an error in the price or delivery cost of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the opportunity to re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order. If you cancel, we will refund the price or refund to your credit card the amount charged for the products.

    Online ordering

You can place an order if you are an adult of 18 years of age or older. The ordering process consists of the following steps:

    Sales contract

There is no sales contract between you and BlueEye until BlueEye ships the products. All information on our website is a request for quotation only and does not constitute an offer or a unilateral agreement. Your order is a binding offer on your part to purchase our products. The sale is only binding on us when we have notified you with a shipment confirmation message that the goods have been shipped.

BlueEye reserves the right to refuse an order, in whole or in part, in the following cases


    If the product is not available;

    If your billing information is incorrect or cannot be verified;

    If security systems mark your order as unusual or suspect;

    scam order;

    If the bank transfer payment / reservation has not been received in time;

    If we have reason to believe you are under 18;

    If we have reason to believe that you are a reseller;

    If there was an error in the bid;

    If we are unable to deliver to the address you provided;

    Force majeure situation;
    Delivery restrictions - country of delivery

    PL addresses are not accepted.

    We deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.


We will use all reasonable means to deliver the ordered products within the time specified in the User's individual order confirmation. Such times are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon. Invalid addresses are the responsibility of the User and may result in additional charges to the User.

All items will be shipped from BlueEye. If your product has not been delivered on time, please contact us with your customer number or order number. In that case, you can invoke the sales contract and request a full refund for those products as the only measure. You may also specify a new delivery time that is appropriate to the circumstances and require BlueEye to deliver the products before the expiration of that time; then if BlueEye does not deliver within this extended period, you may invoke the sales contract and request a full refund for those products.

We only ship products through a professional carrier. We always require that delivery be recorded as received. You agree that delivery may be registered as received by anyone other than the User, provided that such person is present at the address indicated and is an adult of at least 18 years of age. If no one is present during the delivery time, you will be asked to contact the shuttle service to arrange an alternative delivery date.

    Defective product or incorrect delivery.

Inspect the package for damage when you receive the shipment. If the products do not match your order or there are other problems with your order, you agree to follow the return procedure described in section 10 below. In the case of defective products and incorrect deliveries due to us, we will also reimburse you for the cost of return. If replacement products are available, we will send you a notification of the replacement products by e-mail and we will deliver the replacement products to you immediately without further action and at our own expense.


If you return products pursuant to Section 10, or if you have been supplied with false products, or if BlueEye otherwise undertakes to receive the returned Products, you must proceed as described in Section 10 below. You may also comply with these instructions when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal as described in Section 11.

Step 1: Fill out the return form. We will send you a return number and return instructions via email.

Step 2: Pack the product to be returned (undamaged products only, in the original packaging with genuine marks, accessories, instructions for use, and warranty tickets). The original packaging prevents damage during transport.

Step 3: Print the recovery card and attach it to the recovery package (s). The return card contains all the necessary information to ensure a smooth shipment (your personal information, our delivery address, the name of the carrier).

Step 4: Familiarize yourself with the return instructions and follow the contact sent. You must arrange for the return of the products by the sender as soon as possible, but still within 14 days of notifying us of your return request.

If you do not follow the return instructions and requirements described, we will email you the reasons why we were unable to accept your refund request within 14 days.

BlueEye wants you to be completely satisfied with every BlueEye product you purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 14 calendar days of delivery to receive a full refund of the purchase price. Note: Printed and personalized products cannot be returned.

If you wish, you can exercise your consumer protection rights (distance selling), in which case we will refund the original selling price and delivery costs, provided you have notified us by email within 14 calendar days of receiving the product (s) that you have exercised reasonable care in handling the product (s).

Only items purchased online from the Site may be returned. For all other returns, we recommend that you contact the store if he bought the goods.


You do not have the right to withdraw products that have been manufactured to your requirements or clearly meet your personal needs.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your orders without giving any reason within 14 days of concluding the order agreement for the products.

The right of withdrawal expires: (i) 14 days after you have received or physically taken possession of the product by a third party other than the carrier and designated by you; or (ii) if you have ordered several products and the products are delivered in several batches, since you received or physically took control of the last batch or part by a third party other than the carrier.

In order to exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the subscription agreement by unambiguous notice (for example, by letter, fax or e-mail). You can use the return form on our website to make any notifications (however, we would like to encourage you to use the form to improve the processing of cancellations and refunds). If you use this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt of the cancellation via a durable medium (such as email).

If you cancel your order, we will refund you all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for the additional cost of choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest one we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we know you cancel. We will make the refund with the payment instrument you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case at no cost to you for the refund.

We are responsible for the cost of returning the goods as described in the return form. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of any treatment other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We urge you to return the products as described on the return form. If you do otherwise, you agree to act at your own risk and we will not reimburse you for any costs incurred.

    Limitation of Liability

The terms and conditions of this Agreement do not affect your statutory rights. We will not be liable for damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits or loss of use) resulting from your use of the Site, delay in use or inability to use our Site, its content or link to another site due to contract, breach (including negligence) or otherwise, except death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct, unless stated in these terms and conditions.

Under no circumstances will we be responsible for:

(a) damages and losses resulting from the supply and use of products and services which the party to the contract could not have foreseen at the time of the conclusion of the contract;

b) damages and losses not caused by us;

(c) operating losses.

Our entire liability in connection with the sales contract is limited to the purchase price of the products in question, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.
BlueEye is required by law to deliver the ordered products in accordance with the order agreement.


(a) Liability for errors:

Consumers have a right to legal liability for errors. It covers deficiencies in the conformity of goods at the time of delivery. The seller will replace or repair the goods (or parts) in question free of charge. The seller reserves the right to exchange the product for another if the repair costs are disproportionate or if repair is impossible. The consumer bears the burden of proving that defects occurring more than six (6) months after shipment existed at the time of shipment.

(b) Commercial Guarantee:

BlueEye also offers an additional commercial warranty for certain products. You can get detailed information about this warranty from the warranty card and / or the Website.

    Restrictions on Use and Intellectual Property Rights

All brand names, product names, and titles used on the Site are trademarks or trade names of BlueEye or are trademarks of third party owners.
